Do you like me - really cool app idea! Design needed

GIMIK Systeme is a small company in Germany, which produces applications for iOS and Android smartphones.

We need an app design for a really cool app. Please think about your time at school, when a boy asked a girl, if she likes him / wants to be his friend. At these times, the girls got sometimes a small piece of paper with the question (e. g.) "Do you like me?". The girl has answered with yes / no and may be .... Nowadays we use smartphones. We are producing a small app with these questions for six cases: - Do you like me? - Do you want to meet a restaurant with me - ... go to cinema - ... to marry me - ... to go to bed with me - ... own text / question We will need a home screen and for every question a screen. This screen will be sent via mms to the beloved girl a greeting card. Also we will need an icon. This should contain a heart, or something in this context. A loading screen / splash screen should show the icon in a bigger size.
