We need banners that are exactly the same width/height as the ones on this page, but ones that will really STAND OUT from the crowd.

Our current banner is static (we want animated) and boring.
Do NOT include the Google logo or any other logos. Use our logo (attached) and optionally any other small graphic widgets you see necessary, check out what the competition is using.

We want banners that will be sexier than the ones other companies on these two pages are using

Keywords that it will be nice if you can include in the banner (we don't need ALL of them there, see what you can fit nicely, without making the animation too crazy and crowded). Probably best to limit to a maximum of 2-3 animations.
