3 Years ago we bought a Log Cabin in the Lauretians in the Quebec Region of Canada. The developer who built it was originally going to manage renting it out along with the other homes he built on the land. He fell on bad times and now we are doing everything we can to try and get short term rentals in to help pay the mortgage.
The house is absolute luxury and is set in a 200 acre forest backing onto a creek. There is also a 2 km lake on the edge of the forest. The house has a ground floor with vaulted Ceilings and a huge glazed windows looking out onto a winter wonderland. Our home has a basement with a bar and pool table and a huge sectional sofa to curl up on when watching a movie in front of a real log fire. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all with baths and showers. Outside there is a 4 seasons screened porch with a jacuzzi and out in the 2 acre garden is a Giant Barrell which is actually a sauna. It is truly a place to relax. Its like pure heaven. There are ski hills 10 and 20 mins drive away with the largest region of night ski-ing in Canada. 40 mins drive away is the resort of Mont Tremblant which is the highest and largest ski region in Quebec.
The house is ideal for people who want to get away from it all or want to get back to nature. It also is a perfect place to spend time with your family or have a romantic break.

Due to the price of the rentals and the high specification of the house, we would like to target people who have a higher than average income.
I want a high quality advert designed that can be placed in trageted magazines to attract renters from all accross Canada and the USA primarlity as well as families and groups from the UK.
I want to some how get accross the luxury message with a winter wonderland feel. It is truly a magical place. I have provided some pictures which maybe used but equally I would like to give all designers a free range. This is an excellent base for a ski season or for a magical break in the snow for Christmas and New Year.
