"As Seen on PBS" Banner Needed

On 112degrees.com homepage, there is a rotating slideshow with three banners. Life Span would like to add one more banner promoting publicity from PBS (i.e."As Seen on PBS"). The banners should be 935x250 pixels. The banner should read as seen on PBS and feature the PBS logo (a files attached).

I would like the files in Illustrator or Photoshop with the layers in place. I want to be easily able to change aspects of the banner in the future.
