I am God e-Book

I have written an autobiographical novel about a man who believes that he is God. In it the author claims that he created the world, and proposes to explain how this is so by narrating his life's history.
The book covers his exploits from the ages of three to seven-years -old and is told from a child's point of view.
The boy believes that he is able to invoke the supernatural, and he finds that is partially successful in creating magic.
Some of his successes are as follows: the boy turns a piece of wood into a paintbrush, he makes himself levitate above a hedge, he has an out-of-body experience (observing as the world around him turns into the Garden of Eden).
The boy believes his lifelong quest is to convince others of his identity and this theme runs throughout the book.

I only require the front cover of the book, as it is initially being published as an e-book.
The book has been written in a way so that the reader is never quite sure whether it is fiction or not. I am open to all ideas, so anything based on the supernatural events above or any other approach that takes your fancy. I would like to steer away from religious images or iconography.
