I have written a book on "how to make cider," and am looking for a book cover to fit the concept of the book, which is very mathematical however simple for the beginner to understand. I am open to a range of ideas. If you could include the "Cider from Scratch" as the main title, and "A Guide to Making Cider at Any Level of Experience" as the subtitle, it would be appreciated. It is written by Justin Cardwell.
Please use an image size of 15.0" x 10.5" (width and height) and an image resolution of at least 300 DPI. Please ensure all text is 0.5" from the border. The book measures 7" x 10" with no text on the spine.
The barcode area is on back of the book, bottom right measuring 2.0" x 1.5" approximately, however, the publisher will put that in so no need to worry. Just a heads up for design.

Back Cover Text:
How many times have you picked up a book on cider, wine, or beer, read it completely through and were left with the general details of “how to?” Probably too many to count. As I started my journey into making cider, I found myself diving into each part of the process deeper and deeper to fully understand the science, process, and mathematics behind the chemistry of alcohol production, characteristic and flavor development, storage methods, etc. Only a few books which I have read on cider were able to provide me with the answers I was looking for aside from the general questions with vague answers. After years of research, trial and error, and process development, I wanted to write a book that will be a “go to” for most when trying to answer a specific question such as “how do I adjust the starting gravity of my cider mathematically without guessing?” This book is a culmination of my notes, writing, and research over the years which helped me grow to become a professional Cider Maker, of which I practice daily, as the Head Cider Maker of Fox-Tail Cider in Hood River, Oregon.
