Book Title: DIET to LIVE DIET to DIEBook Subtitle: The Zen of EatingAuthor: Rodef Vokli, DhP
Requirements for the Cover:-- the words DIET, LIVE and DIE should be clearly visible and quickly grasped (not guessed at) even with a brief glance at the title.--Diet to Live and Diet to Die could be shown as competing or contrasting with each other, as a way of signifying that they are two opposed approaches to life. (It is not as if one chooses one diet or another, no, one is choosing a way to live life, and in so doing, one end up on either the Diet to Live or the Diet to Die.).--The color palette should evoke a warm, pleasant feeling that implies kindness and the good humored context of the book.--The author’s name, Rodef Vokli, DhP, is a pen name that was made up from Fedor Ilkov, PhD by writing each word backwards. I’d like the name Fedor Ilkov, PhD, to be on the cover, but dissolved or hidden in the background or in some features, so it can only be found if is looked for.

In the cover design I’d like to avoid impression that the book is about dieting or eating, despite of the title.

The book is not meant to make you go on a diet; it's meant to make you wonder. Though the discussions are around the eating patterns, the word ‘eating’ is used in much wider sense, and closer in connotation to ‘making love’.

I’m looking for an intriguing, cover concept that reflects what is inside the book. It is fun, entertaining and educational, but most of all it is surprising reading.
