Create a winning book design for a World War II comedic adventure!

Book Title is "By Your Leave, Sir"

This is a slightly fictionalized world war two memoir, about a young man in his teens who joins the American Navy and has many adventures and misadventures. It is more comedy then drama.

We are looking for a book cover that is a collage of several photos we will be uploading for you to chose from. We want it to be a more vintage feel with a sexy, fun vibe, then a blood and guts type cover. This is the coming to age story of a young man who was patriotic and put his life in danger for his country but who also was just a kid who discovered sex, gambling, scams, hi-jinks and trouble during his years in the navy as well as later after the war, he went to Alaska and became a bush pilot and worked on the Alaskan railroad. Basically he was trouble and got into a lot of it.

We'd like to have the following on the cover:

1. Book Title: By Your Leave, Sir
2. Name of Authors are: Jack Barnes Sr. with LaurieAnne Blanchard
3. The following phrase:
"Sexy nurses, a fixed fight,French spies, and Tijuana jail. And that was just boot camp!"

We want it to be something you look at and go, "this isn't another serious painful world war II memoir. This is more of a funny adventure and I can't believe he got away with that type of memoir." The ship he was on was the U.S.S. Pine Island if you want to use a picture of the ship, you could get it from a Navy website.

I'd like the middle picture on the top row, to be the back of the book's Author bio. I may be able to find a couple more pictures to choose from.
