Fiction book about a wealthy society housewife in the midst of a mid-life crisis in the chick lit genre

I would like an ebook cover for a novel called "Grannie Panties are Under Rated: The Story of Housewife in Crisis" The story goes back and forth from the main characters time as a fun, partying wild child wearing thong underwear,living in Tokyo to that of a wealthy housewife married to a successful businessman. She spends her days on charity events and playing tennis and on a return trip to Tokyo with her family faces her undesirable past and questions her banal existence. I would prefer the cover to be fun, more whimsical than sexy and appeal to a demographic of females 24-55

Something that looks modern and stylish. Fun is the key. Listening to music is important to the characters life, so if a boom box or Ipod could be brought it that would be cool. The underwear is a metaphor for her life. She used to be fun and wore thongs, but now prefers grannie panties. Anything that can convey the contrast and struggle between her old and new life....the early 90's thong wearing party girl in Tokyo as opposed to to the conservative wealthy mom who spends her days with charity events, playing tennis and her teen-age lacrosse playing kids.
