NOTE: I *do not* want a logo that abbreviates the company name as "CAG." Please do not produce/submit logos incorporating CAG.
PLEASE be sure to look at the files I've attached. I think they'll provide some helpful direction in terms of my vision and concepts I like. I have provided multiple examples of logos I like and, most importantly, WHY I like them.
I find the most appealing logos to be those that incorporate a graphic that can stand alone, as well as wording that can stand alone, but they are also able to be used together (please see the Tory Burch example I've attached).
I am looking for a logo that is fresh, stylish, conveys sophistication, and has personality, but isn't so whimsical or childish that large corporations don't take my consulting firm seriously. I want a logo that is an interpretation of the company name, not a literal representation (please, no actual "cameos"), and I do not want something that is frilly, overly fussy, or seems too "girly." I seem to be drawn to designs that have an understated, simple elegance to them without being overtly feminine or girly (please see attachments for examples).
I'm drawn to using the color gold on business cards, but I'm open to suggestions of what will play best in terms of general colors, colors that are used on website or letter head (versus a business card), etc.
I am quite open to "non-boring" fonts, particularly those that are art deco-inspired (I am extremely fond of and drawn to art deco-inspired fonts). No bubble or cartoon lettering, please, but sophisticated fonts are welcome and desired.
I do not want a boring corporate logo and font that looks like it could be used on a bank, 100-year-old law firm, or pharmaceutical company. I am a risk-taker, I'm young (well, I feel like I am, anyways, even if my date of birth my now say otherwise ;-) ), and I love to travel the world. I am a female entrepreneur that lives and works in a man's world (consulting), but I'm not afraid to speak my mind and go against the grain...or strike out and launch my own consulting firm when I think something can be done more effectively. I'd like my logo to reflect this.
