The design is a personal brand for me as a person. Important features that reflect me: strength, stamina, ambition, demanding, direct and honest and provocative. My clients refer to me as inspiring, sporty, communicative, consistent and dynamic. My tasks are not difficult and not easy, but simple and effective.
My clients are self-employed, entrepreneurs and executives who want more from life. They know that there are ways to do this, but either they do not know how, do not have time or motivation. Quality of life is an important issue and the existential fear of major diseases.
I accompany the client for 8 weeks, 1 on 1, daily, via online media and give him a quality of life far beyond what he can currently imagine. This works on the basis of tested strategies and processes. In doing so, we work in three pillars: physical, mental and spiritual fitness. Days feel too short, because nobody has time. I will give the client a structured and stress-free day without any extra effort or renunciation and at the same time a physical, mental and spiritual power that he did not previously believe was possible. This works on the one hand with the breaking of certain beliefs and on the other hand with the exchange of negative habits with positive habits.
Starting in week one with a location determination. Where is the customer currently and what would be the best case for the customer after eight weeks. What is the goal of the coaching, what is he aiming for and what is his big why behind all of it. For this purpose, a morning routine is introduced and a nutritional strategy. Week two is followed by another morning routine and an evening routine. This is reflected in a normal week and documented and set a SMART goal. In week three follows another routine for morning and evening. The way the diet is analyzed and adjusted, too. From week four comes to another morning and evening routine the physical exercise. What has the client done so far, what is he currently doing, what does he want or is able to do.
Week five is the last week in which new routines are added. From week six to eight, the routines are controlled and priority is given to mental and spiritual strength. It tackles issues such as responsibility and expectations. Beliefs will become broken and the understanding of nutrition and physical fitness is created that after eight weeks, the client is trained that he can no longer rely on help so he is able to help himself. In addition, from week one to eight, there will be a constant exchange with the customer in order for best support. The current status is checked regularly, challenges are tackled together and customer feedback is taken into account.
The coaching is structured in such a way that the client has no fixed times when he can contact me or do his "tasks", but is completely flexible and decides himself when to take action.
For Upsale, customer loyalty, two additional concepts are planned. The first concept optimizes the working day. Using strategies, the behavior during working hours is optimized in such a way that after coaching, the customer receives significant time savings with constant sales.
The second additional concept deals with the increase in sales. After the client has gained additional time through an optimized working method, this time is used for the increase in sales. The main focus is on marketing and sales. Here, processes are developed or optimized. Above all, the timeliness of the processes is controlled and compared with the currently best case options.
