This summer Wouter and I are getting married! Therefor we need a sparkling invitation. In the form of a folded card.
Of course it's important that all important practical information is communicated, but maybe even more important is a great design!
Just an impression of our wedding: The plan is to have a festival wedding at a laid back camping site (for the atmosphere, see the link of the camping: http://www.lievelinge.nl). In the afternoon we will have the ceremony, followed with drinks and bbq with all guests. We expect around 150 guests which al can have an overnight stay in their own tents after our big party in a great circustent and midnight huge bonfire. On Sunday we will enjoy our recovery breakfast all together.
The theme of the card has to match above: a festival wedding.
- a folded card, with a cover illustration and an inside for the information (150 mm x 150 mm).
- a bright white card or brown paper.
- the typography of one of the examples
- a timeline for the inside, left page (see text for timeline below)
- the text on the right page.
It is important that the design fits with;
- our personalities
- the location (a camping)
- a nice typography, see an example of what we like in one of the attachments
Cover illustration: Surprise us!
