Corporate Style Website with Flash Intro

I have 2 contests merged into one!!

1. Complete new web design
2. Flash Animation (Intro and Transitions)

Please no Templates

Basically I want a complete new website which will incorporate the Flash and the Website as one. I really need this site to Impress anyone who visits it.

The idea is to allow the visitors to the site to know that we are a serious and successful company.

I have the write for the pages.

The website should be editable by myself so that i can amend, and insert text and pictures at anytime. 

Basically for the flash I want something that will not take to much time to download and only very brief (about 5 seconds max) as the intro to the website, which there after it takes us to the main home page.

There are a few flash intros which i really like and can forward those over to you for you to get a feel of what i am looking for.

Once the onto the website, I would Like to have the following tabs with the sub folders listed below them>

1. Home (obviously with all the tabs that go across)

    a. Introduction

    b. Chairmans Message

    c. Management Team

About the site, I am looking for a clean yet eye catching site which is set to impress.  I would like the site to be full screen (if it is centered then the colors go to the edge). Transitions to be flash smooth and fast to load.  In regards to the Projects tab for each project i want a different colored theme where the background color changes to match the tab of the home page.  Also, due to the region of the world we are dealing with i would need to give the option to view as flash or basic html.

I have the logo and will provide for you also.
