Black horse running, reflected in an hourglass

I would like an hourglass with the sands running. In the glass is reflected a galloping black stallion. On the lower glass the stallion is galloping in one direction and on the upper glass the image is double-mirrored as if the horse is running along the top upside-down in the opposite direction. The background should have full alpha-channel transparency. Please use a canvas of at least 768 pixels square, more is better.

Ideally:
The image would be in a layered format, preferably GIMP (xcf) or Photoshop or similar format. The horses would exist in one layer, the glass of the hourglass in another, the sand in a third and the top and bottom in a fourth and all having a transparent background.
Full 32-bit colour gradient shading.
The image would be easily convertible to 1, 2 or 3 color versions, such as Black, Yellow and Blue (though the original should not be limited per se to any colour set and I leave it to the designer to decide what colours work best.
The glass should be transparent though should have optical effects such as a light fong as the artist deems necessary.
The lighting conditions should be neutral though an optional layer with a suggested shadow would be acceptable and considered a plus.
The "camera" angle should be no more than a few degrees above or below the hourglass in order to give it depth and make the top or bottom visible. How this is achieved I again leave to the artist.

I'm a writer with no artistic skill. I have a vision in my head with no way to realize it. If there's a way I could pay in kind with some kind of service in lieu of cash I would greatly appreciate it but any cash amount we agree to is what you will receive.
