We facilitate dialogue in ways that support power sharing – as a circle of co-learners (e.g., in support of conflict transformation). Sitting in a circle, we can see each others’ faces and body language. We can hear each other more easily.
Here are some key ideas behind our work:
By listening carefully to each other, we can understand our interdependence; we can stand together, in solidarity. Even as we are unique individuals and bring our life experiences and expertise to dialogue, together we create a colourful effect.
The shape of a circle is important – no hard edges. Flowing lines.
Through deep listening, we piece meaning or stories together like a richly textured quilt = Peacing Stories (which is the name of our company).
