SOGmental is a concept and a method on how to perform better in any area of your life, and consists of 6 main pillars:
2. contemplative traditions (meditation, mind fulness etc),
3. physical activity,
5. social relationships and
We look at how these 6 pillars affects our brain and nervous system, and further how it affects learning, memory, stress, concentration, willpower, self-discipline, creativity, innovation i.e performance.
Our target audience is everybody. Our models are highly dynamic and we use them on families, children (over 10), companies/organizations, athletes, people with depression, people that are over-weight, have anxiety....the list goes on.
Mostly we have seminars. But we also work 1-1 and with groups. We will have our own program on TV here in Norway, app, books and more in the future.
