Titus is a management consulting firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions and start-up companies. Titus was formed to “fix” the broken corporate consulting model. For example, how its clients and employees (who do 90% of the work) are treated. Every employee gets the commensurate return that they put in (or direct profit share 50%, 60%, 70%). The younger generation does not appreciate the boss talking about his “new wine cellar” while they are struggling to make their car payment.
We strive to be a trusted advisor AND value-add contributor, not someone who gives suggestions, sends an invoice and leaves. We want to treat clients, our people and community how they want to be treated (vs. “how we want to be treated”). We want to give back the community by ‘requiring’ pro bono consulting time and portion of profits allocated to charitable organizations and philanthropy.
Titus is reference in a Book in the New Testament that speaks to doing good, being good and having a great reputation. This will be reflected in our team, company values, way we do business, client results, community involvement and legacy. Good people doing great things.
We hope this may revolutionize the current model for employers, employees, clients and our global community.
