We manage and market homes in Park City, UT (for individual owners) primarily for the purpose of vacation rentals. We also offer long term lease management and 2nd home care. Our target audience is vacationers. A secondary target would be the 2nd home owner.

I was working with the two attached designs (not originals) when I finally came to the conclusion that I am just not that creative and could use some help. I want something that incorporates a moose or moose antlers (nothing too cartoon looking). I am also open to other suggestions. Most of my competitors have logos of houses, mountains and / or pine trees. Ok, yes, my business revolves around renting mountain homes, but I want to stand out....not just another style of house and tree. I want something that is just mine and can be recognizable and that is why I would like to incorporate the moose or moose antlers. The logos that stand out to me are not too busy.
