My company, Internationales Wissenschaftsmanagement (=International Science Management), is offering support and consultancy to universities, research centres and other higher education and science institutions. In particular, we assist to apply for external funding, e.g. from the European Commission, for international science, research or teaching related projects. This covers finding funding sources, project proposal writing, and building international consortia for the implementation of the project. Moreover, my company offers trouble shooting and mediation in running intercultural projects, as well as seminars and workshops on related topics such as how to manage a scientific project, how to manage a multicultural project, intercultural communication and awareness, how to build an (international) team, etc. Everything is offered to higher education institutions and research centres mainly in Europe but possibly worldwide.
The clients are on the one hand leaders of universities and research organisations but on the other hand also deans of various faculties ( imagine: law faculty, social sciences, arts, physics, chemistry, medicine, etc) or professors of various spedific disciplines (Imagine: Roman languages in the 14th century, Chinese culture and arts in Western China, molecular biology, surgery, 16th century philosophy, etc.) who are in need for external funding for their research or teaching activities. Thus, these people are very well educated, have the highest academic degree possible (professor, and) have a strong focus on their respective scientific discipline. Most of them went to school, studied at a university and are now working at a university and this is their main cosmos. Most of them are men at the age of 45-65.
The logo and the business card should fit for national (German) and international purposes.
