Amplified Sourcing is a people sourcing company. We find resources for clients for contract positions and/or permanent hire (mostly contract placements). Most of our positions are in the IT domain (developers, ERP, network, PM, BA, etc.).
Target audience is people that hire contractors and/or use external companies to hire permanent resources. So it would be typically managers in the IT side of corporate companies. Note, probably half our clients are consulting companies that use us to find resources for the positions / projects they have closed. I would focus the messaging on the corporate buyers however. Ideally we want to move towards that market more.
Product wise what we are selling is our service to assist clients in finding people. Resources. High caliber talent.
Amplified is core to our brand. What we want to promote via the name is -- Amplification of their budget (we charge less), Amplification of their message (we know more vendors), Amplification of their Network (we enable cost effective leverage of their companies network of independent talent).
