Right now we have a problem with people seeing us as a "pet hospital" who offers serious pet care and not just a clinic who just gives out maintenance shots. We really need to communicate that we offer a high level of pet care.
BUT, at the same time, we need to show that we're also compassionate, approachable and caring.
Directionally, here's some different areas to play in:
- Partnership, we're a network of doctors here to help you take care of your pet.
- We're a compassionate pet hospital, like a children's hospitals (serious medicine, but approachable.)
- What about owning the "B" in our name? Is there a way to treat that in a way that says "pet hospital"?
Many vets use silhouettes of animals in their logos. We'd like to avoid this if possible, as it's hard to stand out in this industry if we go there. But, we'd be open to using a pet shape if it's treated in a differentiating way. I'd just recommend this not being the first place to go visually.
-We are open to recommended color palettes, we like something that feels welcoming, yet innovative.
-We tend to put the logo on EVERYTHING. So something that prints well on say a t-shirt is appreciated.
-We are most concerned with nailing the logo itself, the type treatment comes secondary.
Thank you so much for taking on this challenge. We greatly appreciate your participation. Thank you.
