Cool logo for Rating Food Servers

I am an entrepreneur that is changing the technology used in the food service industry for hiring employees

Restaurant servers; 60% are college/ university students between the ages of 18-24

Customers from restaurants will also be visiting the site.

**Customers will be visiting the website to rate the service they received at the restaurant

**Servers can apply for restaurant jobs at the site as well

Must look cool but not cheap

Must be professional enough that restaurants will display the logo on their front door. At the same time it should not look too elegant as servers are younger, social people.

Logo must incorporate the name of the site --> Rate A Server.com ; however, if the image is removable from the name that is okay

Typeface must be clear and legible and easily stand out on the internet; for this reason, we have been considering using a bright, rich red and black but open to flexibility.
