What we do:
FitCog Kids incorporates games, and functional exercise with one on one personal teaching to facilitate and improve elementary age children’s learning and focus. Each session includes a 10-15 minutes of exercise, 10-15 minutes of active play, and 30-40 minutes of productive study time. This service is designed for elementary age kids (K-4) without behavioral problems.
Currently our program is available for kids in grades K-4 but plan to add additional grade levels in the future.
5:00 - 8:00: Warm-up, “Animal walks - Bear Crawl, Bunny Hop, Alligator Crawl”
5:00 - 8:00: Movement Focus, “Air Squats”
10:00 - 15:00: Game, “Medicine Ball Shuffle”
25:00 - 40:00: Productive Study Time in subjects of need
