We work primarily in building custom homes (homes ranging from $250,000 - $750,000), but are also expanding into commercial development (construction of office buildings and campuses) as well as land development (as it relates to the development of high-end residential communities).

We have a variety of "target markets". Our primary target market at this time are families that are in the market for a $350,000 -$500,000+ custom home.

With our expanding growth and involvement in commercial and land development projects, we also need to appeal to large corporations and investors that may be interested in developing multi-million dollar projects.

This logo should reflect our attention to detail and craftsmanship and help provide instant visual credibility to our company.

The logo will need to be legible at a variety of sizes ranging from a website logo, to a yard sign in the front of a home. Not opposed to ornate treatment of lettering if it is clearly readable.

This logo should have an icon or graphical element in addition to the textual treatment.

The icon should not be a basic tool, like a hammer, or a tape measure - we are looking to appeal to a higher end clientele.

The logo can be created in full color (for use on our website), but should also be able to convert to a 1-2 color version for business cards, letterhead and printed materials.
