I am the president of the International Customer Service Association in Toronto. We are a not-for-profit organization dedicated to upholding standards within the customer service industry through training, consluting, networking and information. We are about to launch a Customer Service Asssessment program where organizations will be awarded a trophy and certificate based on their score. The Customer Experience Excellence (CEE) logo will appear on the trophy, certificate, marketing material and our website (http://www.icsa.on.ca). Any organization that completes the assessment will be given an award and will receive public recognition for their accomplishments.

Our target audiences are customer service, contact centre, help desk managers, VP's and directors. They are the decision makers in their organization's service departments.
Must contain the words Customer Experience Excellence (prominent).
Preferably contain the acronym ICSA-TC (small).
Any colours acceptable.
Approximate display size 2.5cm x 2.5cm, so detail must be clear and simple.
Similar look to other professional awards logos, no cartoons, etc.
Symbols may include (but not limited to) a star, a check mark, anything that indicates excellence.
The 50 Best Managed Companies award logo is a good example (attached). We are looking for something similar.
