Keep it simple and show us something original. Please stay away from traditional martial arts silhouettes and figures. If you plan on using a silhouette in the logo please take the time to research what a Muay Thai silhouette might look like prior to taking the time to create your design. There are no stipulations and we invite you to push the limits but make sure there is a connection with what we do but does not have to be a direct connection. A logo that can stand on it’s own and can become identifiable with the brand.
The style should be clean, elegant and mature but not boring.
Stay away from grungy and cartoony and having a “tough guy” image.
The mark should work equally well for print, web, embroidery & silk screening on apparel of all colors, signage etc.
I’ll be needing vector art, bmp, pdf, jpeg, eps, ai, and all modern formats required for web, print, letterhead, business cards, etc. that will resize well and maintain high resolution. Please no clipart or stock images. I'm looking for original designs that convey our strength and dominance. I will be involved the entire way and will provide feedback as needed.
We’ll usually be adding under the logo three words with a few spaces between them. Those words are “Self Defense” “Fitness” “Muay Thai” and will be on my signage. This should be considered in the logo but not included.
Good luck, hope to speak to you soon.
Our current website is http://www.vee-arnis-jitsu.com Vee-Arnis-Jitsu is not a great marketing name because if it’s complexity so therefore I’m going with Burke’s Martial Arts.
