Airlift set’s up a mini café in the workplace. It has an iPad as a payment kiosk, with a fridge, and some shelves of granola bars, chips, cereal, etc.
Our target audience is pretty much anyone in an office environment. Most likely, it’s someone between the ages of 25-45 with medium to high income. They would spend $5-$10 per transaction and have frequent transactions every week.
Airlift has a high-end feel, but is also friendly, and robust. The quality of food Airlift serves is high, and Airlift is very trustworthy as it takes frequent payments. Airlift also has a very regular relationship with its customers. When you look at the logo, it needs to be inspiring, and carry a sense of meaning.
The style of the logo needs to be rather minimal so that it’s easily recognizable. It also needs to be emblematic.
The color set should be no more than one or two colors. Blue (light blue, or baby blue, or something in that range) and white is a preference, but we’re open to all sorts of ideas.
We’re going with a theme that is airline-like or air mail like. The idea of including airplanes or something with flight could work well. Something that works with mail stamps or a stamp theme could be cool too. Also, think about what an actual airlift looks like. Think about the Berlin airlift, or food airlifts in urgent or relief situations.
At the end of the day, think about this… there are people in an office that are without good food that need relief. The logo needs to make them feel that sense of relief, gratitude, and a sense of inspiration. See Airlift fly over you to save you.
