The concept behind the brand is that both the consumer and the business owner win from the deal - hence Double6 which is a winning roll of a dice in a casino.
The brand should take inspiration from this 'casino' lifestyle, being premium, luxury, perhaps with some bling.
Using dice or champagne in the logo is acceptable, or other luxury items that relate to the entertainment market.
The brand is aimed at food lovers in London. It is more likely that they will be young professionals with a high disposable income, but who enjoy fine food and drink at a discount.
