Double Bishop

Born a Gemini. Invested in 2 duplexes with my Dad as a teenager. Went to trade school for Carpentry, Electricity and Plumbing. Graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration / Major in Real Estate. Wrote 1000 +/- commercial property tax appeals. Certified by the Arizona Board of Appraisal as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. Appraised 10,000 +/- homes.

Now, I'm a Real Estate Investor based in Phoenix that acquires homes with little or no equity usually by lease option and sells homes by lease option to people that want to buy but don't qualify for a loan right now.

Also, I bird-dog apartment deals and provide information to investors interested in private lending opportunities.

Next, I hope to help enough people that they will tell my story to others for me.

Home sellers that have little or no equity in their homes. Buyers who can afford a home but don't qualify for a bank loan. Professionals in the Real Estate Industry like: Attorneys, CPAs, Realtors, Title Insurance Account Managers, Mortgage Consultants, Property Managers, Real Estate Investors, etc. Investors interested in information about private lending opportunities. Also, Social Media, Internet Marketing and Affiliate Marketing companies marketing Real Estate products, services and joint ventures.

Colors: White and Black (more white than black) plus an accent color.
Accent Color: I'm leaning toward a deep red or maroon but flexible.
Scale: Logo must scale to work on blog, social media sites, business card, letterhead, 1 page pdf and mobile website.
No: Cheesy fonts, animals or cartoons.
Original: All designs must be 100% original.
Idea: Not sure how this would work with a Bishop but, if you look at the Wells Fargo logo, it is a stagecoach that is moving from red (in debt) into black (out of debt).
Definition (sort of): Double Bishop is an end game strategy in Chess that with patience, is very powerful.
Chess: I'm thinking maybe 2 Bishop Chess pieces in the Logo.
