I am a Nutritional Therapist, Certified Pilates instructor and lifestyle educator starting my own practice offering both one-on-one consultations and group classes.
We will be working with our clients to help them to achieve their personal health and wellness goals. Our services will include fitness plans, nutritional education and meal planning, food preparation and stress management.
We encourage and support sustainable farming practices, organic, and GMO free crops and humane animal husbandry for the good of the earth, (soil, air, water) animal, farmer and consumer.
As a former dancer and dance teacher for the past 32 years and a mother of 3, I know how important nutrition and lifestyle are for health. I started my nutritional education when my own children were suffering ill health due to food intolerance's undiagnosed by conventional medical practices. I decided to take a holistic path and it lead me to great success in recovering the health of my family and then on to clients who were tired of living with chronic illness and medication. I am passionate about helping people heal and experience the life they deserve. I want everyone to know a true health, not just free of disease but a Vibrant Wellness of body, mind and spirit.
Currently my clients are mostly woman in their 40's-60's with an occasional male client, but I would like to attract both since both men and woman have health issues that would benefit greatly from my services.
My desired audience would be between the ages of 25 to 80 who have an interest in improving their own health and that of their family, using a holistic approach. I work with children as well, so I would love to attract their mom's to bring the kids in. I would like to attract pre and post natal woman and couples pre conception.
I am in southern California where things are starting to change as far as nutrition goes but still too many believe in the misinformation that has been taught with the food pyramid and the standard American diet.
The colors need to be bright, we can't have dull colors representing Vibrant wellness.
I like feminine and purple but doesn't have to be the only color.
Nutrition will be the heart of our work so using food as the graphic is good if used right.
Please no clip art or stock images.
Crisp, clean, simple, memorable.
Multicolor is acceptable as long as the overall logo is reproduce-able in a variety of methods such as embroidery, fax, letter head, stationary etc.
These links will show you logos that I like:
I like the font curvey but not fussy, commonality in C and L.
I like the commonality between the font of the V and W. Font is pretty, curves, movement but not too fussy. I also like the graphic in the middle...a little different.
I don't care for the font, but I really like the title with the graphic in the middle and the tag line under.
Thank you and have fun designing. I look forward to seeing the entries!
