Fresh, Raving Fan, Mortgage Company Looking for a Great Logo!

The Tyler Osby Team at Fairway Independent Mortgage

We're a mortgage banker in Urbandale, Iowa (suburb of Des Moines), that works as a team to get our clients expert advice that is competitve with all of the other mortgage companies in town.

We are a fun, but very professional group. We use a lot of technology in our business and will use the logo in all of these parts of our business (Blog at http://www.wealthwithmortgage.com, Twitter @tylerosby, Facebook, LinkedIn and others).

We also love to educate our clients about personal finance.

The majority of our business is referral based and most of our clients would consider themselves raving fans of the company.

The Tyler Osby Team at Fairway Independent Mortgage is a team within a larger company.

Tyler Osby (me) is the owner of a Fairway Independent Mortgage branch. Working with our team is a much different experience than working with other loan officers because we offer extremely high-level conversations about a mortgage while making the mortgage process extremely easy, competitive and predictable (in the way that things don't fall apart at the last minute).

We work with folks looking to purchase or refinancing a home.

All ages work with us, but we tend to work with the more affluent population, meaning they are more qualified for a home loan, and are looking for a professional company to associate with.

I would like to incorporate the current Fairway Logo into these logos (Fairway being smaller than "The Tyler Osby Team at" component.

Honestly - I never know if I'll switch banks again in the future, so it's extremely important to me to brand myself separately, so that if I do, MY logo is more recognizable than the Fairway logo. I still want them to look like they somewhat belong together -- but I want MY name to be the first thing people think of. Not Fairway.

If we could incorporate a house (like the basic house figure) into a couple of logo designs, that would be great too.
