DomHind had een nieuw logo ontwerp nodig en lanceerde daarom een wedstrijd op 99designs.
Een winnaar werd gekozen uit78 ontwerpen ingezonden door29 freelance designers.
GoLowa
GoLowa is a new online buying / group discount brand designed specifically to ride the wave of new group or social buying online. GoLowa is focused solely on bringing consumers a killer deal of the day, but only for new branded goods at drastically discounted prices.
Our model is to help major recognised brands (think Canon, Dell, HP, Sony, Adidas, Seiko, Nike, Levis, Global knives, GE, Ralph Lauren, Hilton Hotels - home wares, towels, consumer electronics, flights, rent a car deals, hotel rooms etc) liquidate old model, new stock rapidly by providing a social media discount that gets bigger, the more people buy & everyone who buys gets the final discount of the day. With GoLowa, everybody wins. An item may start the day at 20% of RRP and end the day at 70% of RRP based on volume of sales - every person gets the deal from the first person to the last person who buys the deal. Also every product is covered by the manufacturers new product warrant.

GoLowa is simply a gateway, a market place that brings brands and buyers together for a rapid and continually changing discount throughout the day.

Online savvy people who are after a bargin, who use social media and mobile media. They want recognised brands, but love a deal. Our brand, GoLowa has to appeal to young people, people establishing a home, middle income families and people who just know the value of their dollar.
They use email everyday, they use Twitter and Facebook multiple times a day, they are happy to use their credit card online. They are confident consumers who are already using sites like Groupon.com, Spreets.com.au, Ourdeal.com.au etc but want more than a cheap meal, haircut or spray tan. They rely more on the opinion of their friends and social networks than traditional advertising. They've proven to themselves that the group buying model works, but are now looking to buy new quality, warranty backed items from recognised brands in the same way they enjoy discount deals.

- Simple yet classic & non-traditional typography
- possibility of a character the "GoLowa" that brings the deals to life
