Hawaii is calling for great logo design for new company

AMcondos.com will specialize in vacation rental condos in Honolulu, Hawaii.

The target audience is from our website for vacation rentals and is usually the 25-50 year old crowd that wants to pay a bit less than the high priced resorts on the beach . Although playful designs are welcomed, this condo building we are specializing in is also the favorite hotel/condo for the Hawaii Convention Center next door, so the businessman is a big part of the market.

Logo to be for AMcondos.com with "Ala Moana Hotel Condos" text somewhere below the logo.

The logo will be used on a website currently being constructed, but it will look like this page with the same color scheme: http://www.waikikivip.com/index2.jsp

We are in Hawaii, so it should have a topic or beach feel but professional and sleek enough for the business clientele. All original style, no simple text designs.

Colors to compliment the blue style of the site listed above, we are not afraid of lots of colors as long as it looks custom and professional.

The logo should stand out and feel friendly, like the aloha spirit in Hawaii but easy to remember the name AMcondos.com

We also require high res files of the logo once the design is accepted.
