I need a header design for my blog. Like all my designs I want this to POP! I'm looking for a web 2.0ish look!

Need a header design for my blog and you must keep in mind that the header must fit in the header block on my blog visit here

The design that was up before had Gold letters that looked like Gold that said MindsOnMoney.com and the background was dark green and it was watermarked with people celebrating and it looked like a box of cash exploded with money flying everywhere.

That was a good design, if you could do something similar that would be nice but NOT necessary, looking for new talent also.

And you don't have to use the same color them that is on my blog. I would prefer the theme to be different shades of green made will some statue gold lettering.
