WHAT WE DO:

- We are launching a new concept for our business in 2011, creating unique homes to suit specific personalities, allowing our home buyers to stand out from the crowd, and live their lives according to their passions.

WHY WE DO IT:
- We can all see that with modernisation, people’s personalities are becoming increasingly defined by the products and brands around them, from the phone they use (iPhone, Blackberry), to the car they drive (BMW, Audi, Lexus), the clothes they wear and the shoes on their feet (Nike, Jimmy Choo). However, people are not yet looking at how their homes reflect on their personalities and their way of life, particularly in Asia. This is the next step

- We are mindful that investments in our homes are not just financial, but emotional
Our customers will typically be:
- 25 - 60 years of age;
- Living in the house themselves (and not purchase the property solely for investment);
- Well educated;
- In a mid- to high- income bracket
- Self assured; and
ONE FOR YOU will focus on defining a new market, developing homes to suit distinct personalities. Each one of our projects will focus on targeting a specific audience (e.g. Young families, the environmentally concerned / conscious, nature lovers, bachelors / young professionals, traditional asians etc etc). The design of our homes will therefore be more targeted to suit these personalities. Unlike other developers, we will be BRAVE enough to focus our home designs to a smaller and more targeted audience, delivering a quality that ensures that this smaller target audience will hold a greater demand for what we create for them.
Our customers will be people who are looking for something unique, usually those who are opinionated, strong minded and have passion (in their work, their family, in travel, in entertaining, in their personal life etc).
We are looking for a new logo to suit our new company name and brand: "One For You"
We will use this logo on all collaterals (namecards, letterheads, envelopes, signposts, construction hoarding boards, websites, brochures and other collaterals), and it will be used on the launch of all our projects.
I have an initial preference for logo designs which use a white / transparent background, due to its easier use, but am open to other designs as long as a white-background version is also given.
I am open to use of colours and designs, but want to convey the feeling of personalisation and personal touch as well as professionalism.
I am open to either an asian or western (or mixed) influence in design.
