See the attached logo I sketched out for my prototype site.
And the explainer site prototype: slate.adobe.com/a/WDjde
Here's the MOST important thing. If you get this wrong, it's a non-starter, so please pay attention:
The logo IS the Purpose Map:
Left side is "Being," Right side is "Doing"
Up feels Better, Down feels worse.
Upper Left = ESSENCE: blue like the sky with no clouds obstructing your flow, your genius, your 'higher self,' the you you want to be all the time.
Upper Right = STRENGTHS: green like growth of great oaks, strength is the doing the feels better, makes your stronger, even if it's hard or scary
Lower Right = DOWNFALL: red like the flag on the field for transgressing the rules, back it up, try again, or spiral downwards into addictive habits
Lower Left = SHADOW: black like the vast unconscious, Shadow is what we hide, repress & deny inside ourselves, this is the Being that feels worse
Within Shadow is your GOLD: the most profound truth of you
When you invest your Gold in developing your Strengths, you align with your Axis of Purpose (the diagonal line with arrow) which represents your alignment, fulfillment & flow.
So, the logo needs to teach all this in a "1000 words" graphic picture.
The logo needs to speak to both the Millennials who will engage it, and the boomer/x-ers who will invest company resources to provide this training to the Millennials on their teams.
Hopefully this makes sense.
Please avoid horrendous deviations from this concept & color schema. Be creative, but stick to the 4 quadrant idea and color scheme.
Ideally, this thing will be clear, bold, iconic... like Starbucks, Windows, BMW.
Looking forward to your rendition!
