We provide resources and inspiration to help modern workers take control of their career development and to find more fulfillment in their work. Our target audience is 22-40 year old professionals--specifically the 50% that report to be unhappy in their jobs and are looking for greater professional satisfaction. They tend to be educated, urban, and motivated by purpose more than money.

We want to appeal to people who are frustrated in their current work and want to reclaim control over their career path. We should be fun but professional.
