Een winnaar werd gekozen uit68 ontwerpen ingezonden door23 freelance designers.
Tap'dNY, New York's newest bottled water brand, is launching a blog called Truth in Hydration. The blog is a place for us to share honest information about bottled water, weigh in on the debate, and spread our message of promoting tap water when convenient.
We need a cool logo that fits with our Tap'dNY branding, but is not in the exact same style.
Truth in Hydration
Design a logo a new blog called "Truth in Hydration."
The blog is being kept by the team at Tap'dNY (http://www.tapdny.com), NYC's newest bottles water company, but it is not a corporate blog. Instead, it's a place to share information, opinions, and resources about bottled water, tap water, drinking local, and how to be socially better (ie, NOT drinking bottled water from Fiji or France.)
The logo should be contemporary, BOLD and clean, but not overly web 2.0.
It should use our current colors (Orange 166 and Grey 432.)
It should feel socially responsible but with a hint of rebelliousness and urban flare.
Tap'dNY uses the font DIN (download here: http://www.box.net/shared/08q48s1a2b), but Truth in Hydration does not necessarily need to.
It should be simple and iconic.
Integration of a tap (or water) could work if it is done in a subtle and smart way.

- Use of orange (PMS 166) and Grey (PMS 432)
- Contemporary, clean and bold logo
- Overly complicated logo
- Cheesy use of a big bottle or water drop
