Logo Design required

A networking group for the marketing, advertising and creative industries

REFERENCE: See http://www.annemiles.com.au for the mother site of my business. I'd like to keep the colour complimentary and in keeping with the main site. Keep colours to Black, Yellow, White and Grey please (not necessarily all of them if you wish but no more)

See the reference from http://www.BusinessChicks.com.au and logo attached. What I like about this is that it is a mix of business-like and feminine. I'd like mine to be a balance of business-like and creativity or innovation.

DESIGN ICONS
I don't particularly mind if the I has some light bulb treatment in it or the design goes that far into fun. I'm not saying it should either as a simple type treatment would work well. This may give you more freedom and ideas though if you know I'm open to it.

EVENT FORMAT
The events will be for marketing and advertising professionals to lunch together or attend seminars and learn the latest in industry thought leadership - the best and latest ideas in a social setting.

TARGET MARKET
They're highly savvy and used to working with creativity and design. They'll be picky about the design having relevance to the business concept and being excellent typography. The business does have a male skew however I don't want to be overtly masculine.

USE OF CAPS AND LOWER CASE
The word Ideas is an acronym for Innovation and Development for Executives Advancing and Socialising although I don't wish to have that in the main logo as a slogan. I feel that using the word IDEAS as CAPS helps tie this in however.

SLOGAN
The Business Chicks logo shows how a logo works with a slogan and I'd like to do the same kind of thing please. My slogan is:
A national network for marketing, advertising and creative professionals. I know that's fairly long.

LOCATION:
In the beginning it will be Sydney and Australian Capital Cities but eventually could be international.

JPEG REQUEST
I will be doing a simple website and electronic documents at first on my own. I have Indesign although not comfortable using it so would like the logo to be supplied as the Indesign file and also as a JPEG on white and also a version on black please.
