One Degree is a Personal Training System that combines the principles of healing and recovery with the elements that increase dynamic body strength. One Degree uses minimal weight training in order to reduce the amount and type of strain on the body. Instead we use the natural resistance that the body has produced from years of poor posture, limited movement patterns, and muscular tension.
Our clients use trainer guided induced resistance,massage therapy techniques, flexibility training, breathing exercises, gravity and the right blend of passive and active exercises to melt away the imbalances and strengthen what is right with the body.
