New Logo Design wanted for TeamworkPM.net

Please note: we started using a new logo with the letters PM at the end of the logo which we don't currently have on our home page.
I would like the new logo to have the letters PM added to the end of the new logo you design.

We really like our current logo which we got a designer to do for us about 3 years ago. A few weeks ago we were approached by the team at wetpaint (http://www.teamworkpm.net/images/temp/wpl.jpg) saying our logo was very similar.

We agreed and since their logo was there first we decided to change.

We like our current logo and style and want something new but along the same lines. http://www.teamworkpm.net/logo

PLEASE NOTE: We are looking to keep the font part of the logo the same. The area we need to change is the TW at the front of the logo. What we want is to get a design which users a different looking TW at the font of the name. The logo must be able to ft into our current site straight away. SO the colours need to to match the current logo
