Basically My site will be where people can create a Duel.

A Duel is when they post something that other users can vote.
For example, Iphone V Blackberry.

Hot Guy A VS Hot Guy B
Toy Story 3 V Gromeo And Juliet

Ronaldo V Messi

People will vote to decide a winning duel etc.

Tagline must be at the bottom and say Your Vote, Your Winner...

Make logo word Your in Black and Duel in Red :)

Please dont make the faces too close...

The target market should be aged between 18-40.

The Logo must be web 2. style, must be Unique. No crappy clip art images. No crappy colors or fonts.

I am looking for style, creativity and good colour.

The logo must also be in transparent format so it can fit any background.

Ideally, I would like the logo to be designed on a white background since my upcoming site will be a white background.

I want the logo to place emphasis of a DUEL.

Perhaps you might want to use two faces, looking at each other, these faces can be black shadow silhouette figures.

Demographics - A young, trendy Facebook audience. This audience is males and females who would love to create Duels and get people to vote for their duel etc.

The tagline must say something like "and the winner is..."
