Essentially we offer high performance e-commerce solutions for multi-channel retailers. Our specialism is helping our clients to continually increase their online sales over time. Medium and Enterprise level E-Commerce Businesses. Our current clients include Cox and Cox http://www.coxandcox.co.uk, The Present Finder http://www.thepresentfinder.co.uk/ and Flowercard http://www.flowercard.co.uk . We are looking to target even larger e-commerce businesses and need an identity to match. Examples of such companies would be Boden http://www.boden.co.uk and Hotel Chocolat http://www.hotelchocolat.co.uk

We are looking for a new professional looking design identity which can be used on Business Cards, Powerpoint Presentations, Stationary and our Website.

Please keep the above requirements in mind, as the logo should easily be used on all of the above.

1) The logo should be simple enough to be understood and clearly seen on business cards / website
2) Logos must contain the words “MoneySpyder”. This is not case sensitive.
3) The logo can contain any number of colours
4) entries may contain gradients
5) logo should represent - professional, modern, innovative, experts, commerce, increase sales, high performance
6) we are open to symbol options
7) a strap line may be included. The message we are trying to get accross is “high performance e-commerce solutions for multi-channel retailers”. This may be changed or adapted.
7) any font may be used although more modern fonts are desirable
8) we require a flexible design that can work on either white or coloured backgrounds

The files we require are:
Print file format - .ai (CMYK)
Web file format - .jpg, layered .psd (RGB), .png.
Please do not use any stock images or clip art in the logo.
