We are looking for a logo that conveys the experience and professionalism of our team and reflects the upscale, affluent nature of our client base. This logo should make clear that we are neither a quirky upstart nor a faceless corporate entity but rather an established, talented boutique-like firm.

Jennifer Ames Chicago is a team of real estate professionals. We are a group of top-tier agents serving the luxury and high-end markets in Chicago proper.
We are not typical real estate agents. We are something of a boutique firm tailored to the city’s more affluent clients. The homes we primarily list are luxury residences in Chicago’s Lincoln Park, Gold Coast and Lakeview neighborhoods. These properties run the gamut from modern construction to vintage (late 1880s) buildings and from small condos to large, 8,000-square foot city homes. We need a logo that is suitable for use on signage, business cards, letterhead, websites, etc.
- The logo must have our tagline "Your Home. Our Expertise." to convey that we are a team, not an individual agent.- The logo should be elegant without being pretentious. Something along the lines of what might be seen on a law firm or a boutique shop (without confusing consumers as to the nature of our business) would be ideal.- A feature to the logo implying that we are a real estate company would be great. A stylized, vintage architectural element could be one possibility. No cliché real estate symbolism (“for sale” signs, house images, etc.).- The logo should be clean and classic – think Restoration Hardware or Pottery Barn.- The logo must be provided as a vector image (Illustrator CS2 compatible file).- We like PMS 577U color. We also like the colors that Restoration Hardware uses for their paint samples (http://www.restorationhardware.com). Prefer two-color design.- We would prefer that "Jennifer Ames" stand out a little more than "Chicago" in the logo.
