'ScrollSeal' is a new brand of packaging owned by Mainline Flatpacks Limited http://www.mainlineflatpacks.co.uk . Established in 1983, Mainline have grown to become Europes specialist packaging producer for the major e-commerce companies. The company is still family owned and prides itself in being most professional. At all times, Mainline strive to beat its competitors by means of: Competitiveness, Reliability, Innovation, Quality, Efficiency & Enthusiasm
The meaning behind the brand name ScrollSeal is : Special Corrugated roll-seal. The product is corrugated cardboard based coated with contact adhesive and supplied in large rolls. The product seals itself around products such as CD's, DVD's and books to be mailed to e-commerce consumers.
There are only 2 competing brands in Europe:
1) COLDSEAL................you can view the competing logo by clicking http://www.angusandwright.com
2) NoviaWrap.............you can view the competing logo by clicking http://www.novia.co.uk/noviawrap/video.htm
Mainline believes itself to be far more professional than these 2 competitors.
Major E-commerce companies (such as Amazon) and Book publishers/distributors (such as Harper Colins or Scholastic). Mainline only sell to large scale businesses and need the logo to represent a modern, professional product.
*Typeface with icon which can be easily converted to Mono
* Vector file please
* Logos we like : Amazon / Vodafone / Apple / Mercedez Benz /
* Colour preferences : None
* No tints and shadows (we believe this will cause problems for MONO version)
* No more than 4 colours : preferably CMYK since we have our own 4 colour lithographic-offset printing press
Additional Info regarding colour:
The mono logo will be printed all-over the internal cardboard material (like wallpaper effect) in a similar way to how Amazon print their logo all-over their packaging. The colourful logo will appear on all our corporate stationery & marketing literature.
90% of our clients order the material colour of brown and only 10% order white however, Mainline dislike the idea of a brown logo due to association of the 1970's. Mainline believe they are 5 years ahead of its competitors, not 30 years behind.
