We create a presence online for local small and medium size businesses. Using Social media and video marketing to accomplish this. We help businesses create the presence by using Facebook, blogs(wordpress, blogger), youtube, twitter, linkedin and many more. This is done with quality content and videos that educate and help the consumer vs. sell the consumer. We also help them with Google rankings and places along with Facebook places. The sole purpose is to increase their business through internet marketing.

Social in the name... ie...social media....
Eclips - this is the dutch spelling for Eclipse - so I came to this thinking "eclipse your competition". Yet as I looked at it more by using the Dutch version it covers 2 things... Eclips your competition and E-Clips.... as in video as we use a lot of video in our campaigns and marketing online.

The Feel...
We want a modern, fresh logo which is still emotionally engaging while still remaining professional...We are looking for a logo that is clean and crisp. Playful okay, but not cartoon type.
Classy but not too fancy. Professional but NOT conservative.
No stock images or clip art in logo.

Colors...
We are open to your ideas. Eclipse would signify dark, yet I do not want dark. I would like it to stand out with bold colors. Even more sun than moon, would be a good way to describe it.

Layout...
Name in logo or logo with name separate. Not sure what we want. Would love to see your creativity there. We really do not have a design in mind. We are going in with an open mind.

Icons for the logo for website would be great too.

EDIT: I am struggling as to if the logo should have just Social Eclips or if it should have Social Eclips Marketing...
