Company sells previously used, refurbished, "new" but in open box, PC's, LCD's laptops, tablets to the education market (schools). These systems are Tier 1 manufacturer's, like Dell, HP, IBM and Apple business class systems, that have been returned from corporate "leases" and are usually around 3-years old, (sometimes much newer, in the case of "new" open box). These systems are warranted for 3-5 years and cost about 1/3 of the price of brand new systems. Schools do not need the latest and greatest technology to accomplish what they need, on a day to day basis. Exceptional product quality and excellent service are the simple keys to making customers happy. 2nd Time's a Charm is of course a play on the well known phrase "3rd time's a charm" reflecting these systems "2nd life" and their ability to help so many schools/students at a lower cost, for many years to come. By keeping these systems in the market, it significantly reduces their carbon footprint and makes for a "green" initiative. While the industry is "computers" the primary target market is schools/education.
