Our main focus will be personal service.

Hence: the target audience is mainly men, and the design should appeal to them. Without scaring women.
The main color should be red.
Keep the logo quite simple. Gradients can be used, but with caution. The client want the logo to work in many contexts. A black and white version is welcome.
The brand name is quite long, so I guess you will have to break the text into two lines.
We are Norwegian, and use strange letters. If you are not familar with the letter ø (ø), use o!
A simple icon can be used, but keep it subtle.
