We offer resources for parents who want to teach their children about money: online classes (eLearning), a parent community (discussion forums and social groups), advice/support and coaching.
Our primary focus is offering parents detailed instructions and blueprints on how to teach their children about how money works and how to become financially responsible and independent. Ultimately, parents want to raise kids who grow up to become financially responsible, successful and generous adults (i.e. to be great with money).
The most common feedback that we receive from parents is that they wish that they would have been taught this information when they were a child. A large majority of our parent clients are entrepreneurs or think like entrepreneurs.
Our policy is to make parents feel safe and we do not want them to feel like they have made parenting mistakes when it comes to money and their children. We want them to feel supported and encouraged to become more conscious so that they can create everyday learning experiences for their children with money.
The only way that a child will learn about how money works is to actually manage money and experience success and failure. Parents need to transfer age appropriate responsibility to their children so they have a chance to learn how money works.
Our target market is parents and grandparents with children or grandchildren age 3 to 22. Parents experience different cycles with their children when it comes to money and responsibility. When children are little, they want more and more toys and stuff. As kids get older, they view their parents as ATM machine. We provide the answers about how to create financially responsible children that grow into financially responsible and independent adults.
Our primary source of revenue is our eLearning courses. Secondary source is private coaching.
