We want to the J to become a recognisable logo symbol...like the "a" is. Our current logo and this one need to not look disjointed as we will need to keep the "amandahaynes" on the site while we transition.
We want the word Journey (design and text) to feel like it is "meandering or travellling" ..so like a path? I have no idea how you will do that, but that is why you guys are the experts!
See: http://hypebeast.com/2008/02/louis-…-campaign/ (louis vuitton journey ads) and plan on using similar quotes on the walls .....
Just simple, classic, elegant but graphic designed...not just a nice font colored red! and it needs to be more horizontal than vertical... (be aware we need to add our names UNDERNEATH . so Journey Photography - Amanda & Erick Haynes)
We like RubyJoon studios, Jessica Claire, Jasmine Star, http://www.humzayasin.com
We DON'T want any flourishes, cliparts, stock art, a design that only works in color and looks terrible in black/white (cos of our watermark requirements).. it needs to be vector not raster graphic, so that we can up or downscale it without loss of quality. The font needs to go with the feel of the name...but no scriptina, or brush type fonts that are hard to read in a smaller size and everyone is using right now. Work on both light and dark backgrounds as we'd like to work with winner on a branding package.
Our colors are red/black/white and touch of a gold/green
Brand us! Thanks everyone!!!!
